to perform the preliminary procedures for the administrative court and representation at the public authorities issuing the administrative documents;
legal aid and representation for the litigations at the administrative court;
legal aid for the procedure of public acquisitions;
to draft appeals, plaints and actions for the procedure of public acquisitions and representation in court for the litigations related to public acquisitions;
to draft and negotiate contracts of public-private partnership.

Representation in court for a bidder in the procedure of assignment of the contract of public acquisition “Croissant and Milk” in the county Arges having as result the cancellation of the assignment procedure;
Representation in court for a bidder to whom the conclusion of a contract of public acquisition was refused and obtaining from the contracting authority a compensation in amount of 150.000 Euros;
Representation in court for the winning bidder in the procedure of public acquisition of assignment of the concession contract to deposit solid waste in the county Arges, getting a result favorable for this bidder;
Legal aid for the winning bidder in the negotiation of the concession contract for the sanitation service in Giurgiu.

Representation in court for a company with Italian capital in a litigation against ANAF and getting the cancelation of the seizure measure of an amount of 1.000.000 Euros;
Representation for several people in the litigations related to the reimbursement of the first matriculation tax, having as result its reimbursement.

Draft and legal aid for the negotiation of the collective contract of employment for an automotive company with German capital having about 15.000 employees;
Draft and legal aid for the negotiation of the collective contract of employment for a company with French and Croatian capital, a part producer for Automobile Dacia
Draft and legal aid for the negotiation of the collective contract of employment for an industrial company with Italian capital for plastic products;
Draft and legal aid for the negotiation of the collective contract of employment for a company with French capital in the textile industry.
Legal aid for the collective discharge procedure for an automotive company with German capital having more than 10.000 employees;
Representation in court for more than 300 employees of the Direction of Public Finances Arges in order to get some salary rights.

Representation in court for a supermarket chain in a litigation with the Competition Counsel with the result of the reduction of the fine from a turnover percentage to the amount of 100.000 Lei;
Representation for a building company in litigations having a value of 1.000.000 Euros;
Representation for an Italian producer of LPG systems in a litigation having a value of 3.500.000 Euros;
Representation at the Court of Arbitration of CCI of Romania in a litigation in which OMV Petrom had to pay the selling price of a real estate asset.
